During this duration, the employee is retained on Recruit ready's payroll, and clients are charged an hourly rate. Once the 400-hour period is completed, the employee can seamlessly move to your payroll without incurring any extra fees.


Temporary Help: We have outstanding talent ready to support your needs. Our temporary employees will remain on our payroll . Should you find our temporary employee's performance unsatisfactory within the first four (4) hours of work, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost for the hours worked.
